Mark Rosencrantz’s practice focuses on solving business and commercial disputes for clients throughout the United States. Mark has successfully handled cases involving a wide array of large-dollar business and commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on trade secret misappropriation, violations of non-compete agreements, fraud, bankruptcy, unfair trade practices, and partnership and corporate disputes.
