Carney Badley Spellman Welcomes Jacqueline Parks to Business Group

Seattle, WA — Carney Badley Spellman, PS is pleased to announce that Jacqueline Parks has joined the firm’s Business Group.

Jacqueline advises founders, management teams, and investors on integrating legal strategy with business objectives throughout the corporate life cycle. Her practice includes representing private high-growth companies, emerging companies, and investors in a wide range of transactions, including entity formation and strategic planning, venture capital financings, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance matters, and complex commercial agreements.

She regularly serves as counsel to U.S. and international companies and investors entering or expanding in the U.S. market, with experience across diverse industries including clean technology, financial technology, health technology, and cybersecurity.

Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor. She has been recognized by PitchBook as a corporate legal advisor on investment transactions and has served as a guest speaker for Google for Startups.
