Seattle, WA – Carney Badley Spellman has added Gurpreet K. Dhatt to its Construction Group as an associate. In her commercial and construction litigation practice, Dhatt counsels clients from the outset of a dispute, working to contain risk before it escalates and carrying matters through resolution.
Her return to Western Washington brings her back to Kent, where she was raised before establishing her practice on the other side of the state and in Oregon, including time at an AmLaw100 firm.
Dhatt earned her J.D., cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Washington State University. She is admitted to practice in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, and was recently named a Washington Rising Star.
“Gurpreet brings sharp litigation instincts and a genuine commitment to her clients,” said Patrick Lamb, Managing Partner. “Her addition to the Construction Group comes as we continue to meet growing client demand for skilled litigation counsel.”
