Andrew Stokes is a commercial litigator with experience in a wide array of practice areas.

Andrew helps his clients navigate commercial disputes a with an eye toward their business objectives. He has particular experience managing electronic discovery, including in complex litigation. Andrew also advises clients on various issues related to attorney-client privilege, including in non-litigation context.

Prior to joining Carney, Andrew was an associate at an international law firm, and before that he spent several years as a business intelligence analyst for a Seattle-based company. Andrew maintains a robust pro bono practice; his recent cases have focused on civil rights litigation and immigration representation. When he’s not practicing law, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and relaxing with his partner and cat.
