Carney Badley Spellman represented Seattle Galvanizing Company and its shareholders in the sale of the company to AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ).
Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Arlington, Washington, Seattle Galvanizing is the largest hot-dip galvanizer in the Pacific Northwest. The company provides corrosion protection services to steel fabricators and contractors throughout the region and operates three facilities serving a broad range of industrial and construction projects.
The Carney transaction team was led by shareholders Patrick Lamb and Renee Li, with support from associates Ellie Kuses and Shariah Olomua. Financial advisor to Seattle Galvanizing was Chinook Capital Advisors.
