Carney Badley Spellman served as legal advisor to Uniserve Facilities Services in its sale to Two Roads Partners. Founded in 1966, Uniserve is a facilities services provider delivering comprehensive cleaning and maintenance solutions to commercial and institutional clients across California. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Patrick Lamb led the legal team, with support from Renee Li and Shariah Olomua. Cascadia Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Uniserve.
