Isaac is an associate in the commercial litigation and construction law practices. In this role, Isaac works on a wide range of business, real estate, healthcare, and regulatory disputes.
Isaac is an experienced advocate for clients throughout the litigation process, from advising on strategy prior to filing a lawsuit to briefing cases on appeal. He has successfully argued and defended against a variety of motions in the courtroom, and he has achieved effective resolution of cases in both mediation and arbitration.
In addition to his commercial litigation work, Isaac has served as the lead attorney in multiple hearings with the Washington State Office of Administrative Hearings. He also works with clients to assess the regulatory and compliance obligations for their industries.
Isaac is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he was a member of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts. He also interned with the Torts Division of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Isaac worked as a Legislative Assistant with the Washington House of Representatives.
Outside of his legal practice, Isaac’s interests include hiking (especially around the North Cascades National Park), cinema, and running.
