Carney Badley Spellman is pleased to welcome Shariah Olomua to the firm’s Business Group. Shariah works with clients on a range of business and transactional matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and intellectual property licensing.
Before joining Carney, Shariah gained valuable experience assisting on strategic transactions and commercial litigation matters, which informs her practical and collaborative approach to client service.
Originally from the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Shariah now calls Washington home while maintaining strong ties to both the Hawai‘i and Seattle communities. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, paddleboarding, and exploring Washington’s vibrant coffee scene.
