We’re excited to share we have welcomed three outstanding attorneys to the firm! James Graves, Ellie Forche, and Madison Kelly bring diverse expertise and fresh perspectives that will strengthen our Business, Real Estate, and Litigation practice groups.
James Graves joins us in our Business Group. With a strong background in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, James advises companies at every stage of growth—from early fundraising to complex exit transactions. His experience includes in-house roles at Fortune 5 companies as well as venture-backed startups. James regularly works with founders, investors, and executive teams across a wide variety of industries, helping them navigate their most important legal challenges.
Ellie Forche is an attorney in our Real Estate Group. She brings hands-on experience in commercial real estate transactions including property sales, leasing, and financing. Ellie previously practiced in New York City, representing commercial property owners, borrowers, and lenders. Having recently relocated to the Pacific Northwest, she’s eager to build her practice and connect with clients in the region.
Madison Kelly joins our Litigation Group, focusing on complex civil litigation including commercial disputes, construction defects, and unfair business practices. Madison brings a deep commitment to tribal justice, having represented clients in tribal courts as well as local governments and major healthcare systems in state and federal court. She previously defended insured parties in a vast array of practice areas, most notably medical malpractice. Her broad litigation experience, client-centered approach, and creative problem-solving make her a strong advocate in and out of the courtroom.
