SEATTLE, Wash. – Carney Badley Spellman, PS has elected Renee Li as a Shareholder, effective January 1, 2026.
Li is a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. With previous work experience in business operations and in-house settings, she brings a business-minded perspective to her work and counsels clients on business formation, corporate governance, financing, and commercial transactions with an emphasis on service, communication, and practical guidance.
