Zach Haveman’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and business matters.
Zach serves as outside general counsel to a wide variety of closely-held businesses, with a focus on the following practice areas: (1) mergers and acquisitions of businesses (both on the seller side and buyer side), (2) new entity startup formations and financing, (3) commercial loan transactions (both on the lender side and borrower side), (4) internal ownership transitions and related agreements (such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, etc.), and (5) ongoing corporate governance and counseling.
