Shariah Olomua is an attorney in the firm’s Business Group, where she advises clients on a wide range of business and transactional matters. Her practice focuses on corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and intellectual property licensing.

With a strong background in business and prior experience handling strategic transactions and complex commercial litigation, Shariah brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to her work. She has represented clients across a variety of industries and at all stages of the transaction lifecycle. Shariah is committed to being a trusted legal partner, offering tailored guidance that aligns with her clients’ business goals.

Originally from the Big Island of Hawai‘i, Shariah now calls Washington home while maintaining strong ties to both Hawai‘i and the Seattle community. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking, paddleboarding, and exploring Washington’s vibrant coffee scene.
