Jocelyn Wang is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group, where she focuses on real estate disputes. She works with property owners, developers, lenders, and landlords on matters including boundary and title disputes and landlord-tenant conflicts, helping clients protect their property interests and navigate disputes with clarity and purpose.
Jocelyn brings a well-rounded academic and professional foundation to her practice. Before joining Carney Badley Spellman, she clerked for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the District of New Jersey. She earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland and holds degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington. She is admitted to practice in Washington and New York.
A Seattle transplant with ties across the country and abroad, Jocelyn brings a broad perspective to her practice. Outside the office, she enjoys baking, crocheting, and traveling with friends and family.
