Ellie Forche is an attorney in Carney Badley Spellman’s Real Estate Group, where she represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a focus on property sales, leasing, and financing transactions. Her practice includes negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents, as well as conducting due diligence and managing all aspects of closing.
Prior to joining the firm, Ellie practiced in New York City at Riemer & Braunstein LLP and Kriss & Feuerstein LLP, where she represented commercial property owners in the sale of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets. She also managed leasing for national client portfolios, including the negotiation of office and retail leases. In addition, Ellie represented both borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate financings, with experience in negotiating loan documents, reviewing due diligence materials, resolving title-related matters, and coordinating closings. Her background provides her with a practical understanding of all sides of a transaction—from acquisition and leasing through financing and disposition.
Originally from Las Vegas, Ellie recently relocated to Seattle and is excited to build her practice in the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, she enjoys golf, tennis, vintage shopping, and exploring new hobbies—like skiing.
