Ashley also develops privacy policies and data processing agreements and advises clients on data collection, storage, and processing practices. She supports corporate transactions by onboarding and integrating new acquisitions and offers training to internal business and legal teams on complex regulatory, compliance, and intellectual property issues.

In addition to her advisory work, Ashley assists with dispute resolution and litigation matters related to commercial agreements, IP enforcement, advertising claims, and distribution practices.
